All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including THCA flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has left our facility, for safety and compliance reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We’ll gladly replace the affected item or issue store credit after verifying the issue.
To start a claim, email us at support@thegreenhousehtx.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once your order is confirmed and in transit, we’re unable to cancel it.
If you need to cancel quickly, email us immediately at support@thegreenhousehtx.com — we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
The Green House is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with the same item or issue store credit upon approval.
